Gonna sign my contract next week and I leave next year so things always work out to how they are meant to be. I’m older and looking for a big life change so I’m looking forward to all the blessings the Airforce can provide, to think I was gonna go Army when I first wanted to enlist lol. Thought being Airborne would be something I was more against but I figure it would be good experience to travel more, feel like the actual Airforce, and a little extra pay is nice. Looking forward to DLI and while I am nervous about SERE training I know it will provide some truly valuable skills for life. I originally had ground linguist as my top pick and cyber next but I feel really good about this. Had to get a waiver and something I forgot about came up in my background check but I still got a job I was really interested in.
